What This Service Covers
A real estate FPV tour is a video that flies through a property in one smooth, continuous take. The drone can start outside, fly in through the entrance and move from room to room, the way a buyer or guest would walk through the space. This gives people a real sense of the layout, the flow between rooms and the size of the property, which photos and a normal walk-through video often miss.
The flights use a small FPV cinewhoop with prop guards, which is built for flying safely indoors and close to walls, furniture and people.
Who This Service Is For
This service suits real estate agents and developers who want listings to stand out, hotels and resorts that want to show their rooms and facilities, and owners of villas, apartments and holiday homes. A past example is the indoor and outdoor FPV film for St. Regis Amman, which you can watch below and in the portfolio.
How a Shoot Works
- Consult – We talk about the property, the rooms you want to show and where the video will be used.
- Plan the route – A flight path is planned through the property so the tour flows naturally in one take.
- Prepare the space – Lights on, doors open, clutter removed and people told where the drone will fly.
- Flight day – Several takes are flown so the best, smoothest run can be used.
- Deliver – You get the raw footage the same day and the edited tour within 48 to 72 hours.
Indoor Flight Safety
Flying indoors needs care. The cinewhoop drone has guards around its propellers, and every route is walked through before flying. Anyone on site is told where the drone will pass, and flights are slowed down in tight spaces. For outdoor shots, the location is checked in advance to see if permission is needed.
What You Receive
You receive the raw footage on the day of the shoot and a finished, edited tour within 48 to 72 hours. The edit is color graded, stabilized and set to music, ready for your listing, website or social media. For tips on getting the most from a property video, read our guide to FPV real estate tours.
